Shoeless Weekend

Shoeless weekend took place on the 14Th & 15th of Dec. Parishioners were asked to bring a new pair of shoes to Mass with them. The shoes were donated to the St. Vincent De Paul, Simon, Brother Kevin and Fr. Peter McVerry who were delighted to distribute them to those in need.

Also the children in St. Columba's NS collected shoes from various famous people (including Michael Flatley) which they displayed in the Church and which were then auctioned. Thank you and congratulations to all who helped out with this wonderful event.
