Clareville Day Care Centre Clareville Centre opened it's doors in 2001 with the aim of providing day care facilities to include a hot lunch, bathing, nursing, chiropody, hairdressing, hand massage and general care services for not only the residents of the Clareville complex but also for the elderly in the surrounding areas. Some seven years on we now cater for 140 regular users and provide lunch for an average of 70 people per day. We also run computer, art and exercise classes as well as bingo, there is also a knitting group. Mass is said in the centre every first Friday by Fr. Jim or Fr. Peter assisted by Sr. Bridget . Social events such as music nighth, Halloween and Christmas parties etc.are held in the evening during the year. We fundraised over a period of a couple of years and have a fully equipped, wheelchair accessible bus that picks up and drops off those elderely who would otherwise be unable to get here for lunch. The bus is also used to take residents of Clareville to Clearwater centre on a weekly basis for shopping. Clareville Court,
